End

Dear friends,

Thank you for your enthusiasm and support. It's been a complete surprise that this project was allowed to live online for 3 years with no interference from the label or band. However, all good things must come to an end. The Recycle crew has made a joint decision to deactivate all the download links, effective immediately.

You may still be able to find the audio online, if you approach fan sites, newsgroups, or torrent sites. The entries for each single will remain here as a sort of Wiki about New Order and Joy Division's Factory-era singles.

We hope you enjoy the hours of work we put into this project. You'll be hearing from us again.

In the meantime, please continue to follow the excellent New Order Archives.

Sincerely,
Jeb Edwards
Bruce Bartlett
Drew Crumbaugh

PS: Please don't email us and beg for links because you missed the window. The answer is no.

  1. It bears mentioning that no pressure was brought to bear on any of us to do this. It was just time.

  7. Much respect to you all for allowing us to hear the remasters you slaved over, it renewed my interest in a band I had let fall by the wayside after their split (NO obviously) and marvel in the JD songs I was too young to have even noticed let alone bought at the time. Big thanks to you all.

  10. Also, I used to have everything on here but my HD died. It's a shame all of this incredible hard work has to go to waste. Someone should really upload a torrent of the collection sonewhere.
